Who doesn’t? But that’s ok, sticking to a nutrition protocol is all about adherence and sustainability. If you don’t enjoy the foods you eat and restrict yourself from foods that make you feel good, when you more likely than not cheat on this diet, you will rebound. HARD.
That’s why eating has to be enjoyable. Make 80% of your caloric intake healthy and leave the other 20% as a window for unhealthy foods.
My 20% is entire dark chocolate bars and a full bag of PopChips (sea salt or crazy hot). I’ll have both of those today actually, paired with shrimp, veggies, rice, eggs and cheddar cheese.
See? Even the healthy stuff can taste good!
