So true it hurts. The key is radically changing your lifestyle and environment to the point where it’s really difficult to cheat on your new strategy.

I believe the way to do it is through BIG meals. It makes you feel good — you already know that — but you change what you normally eat with lean meats (or other proteins if vegetarian or vegan) and a shit-ton…SHIT. TON. of vegetables. This helps you feel full and satisfied in 2 total meals daily, and the calorie restriction doesn’t have to be as strict (i.e., you don’t have to count calories).

Success isn’t a one-hit wonder, or a pump from getting a PR on incline bench press. Success is eating healthy 80% of the time for an entire year. Results will definitely happen if this protocol is used.

Best fitness advice out there Adam! Glad I got the chance to read this!
