Very true — having a car is normal in the U.S. It’s tough to break away from the societal culture of sloth and gluttony that is America. Plus you’re exactly correct: Who wants to go outside to run or workout when it’s 40 degrees with sideways rain? I believe it will be a tough challenge personally, but I’m ready for it.
Your lifestyle in Taiwan sounds fantastic! I vote against getting a scooter; it’s better to have excuses to do healthy things than the other way around. Plus it makes for an adventure no matter where you go. Some people value private transportation. I value memories and walking.
The actor/actress physique, that elite level, has always eluded me, but that’s only because I have never worked hard at my nutrition. Now I’m more dedicated than ever, partly because it’s my business and partly because the pain for me is too great to ignore. I desperately crave my hard work to result in something to be immensely proud of, so that’s the amount of effort I’m willing to put into my transformation.
I really appreciate your goal. Not everyone yearns for a specific physique. Oftentimes strength, having energy, being able to run around with kids are admirable goals. I hope your routine gives you the opportunity to gain back some of your college strength!
Thank you so much for this! I’m excited for the challenge of remaining healthy at home. Hope your lifestyle stays incredible while you’re in Taiwan. Safe and happy travels to you too!
