Intermittent fasting is also a good way to start your day. It keeps you mentally sharp for longer, meaning you won’t hit that 3 PM slump. Water and coffee are Godsends for this, and it’s how I post my articles daily.

Of course, there are two camps: eating a protein-fueled breakfast (30 grams) and IF. Do what’s best for your body.
