We’re all unique snowflakes.

Okay, maybe that’s a bit too much. But you get what I’m saying. Every person is built with different DNA, enjoy different things in life, and move the way they prefer.

This is why my mom does well on a gluten-free diet while I have to steer clear of dairy. This is why my wife-to-be loves her fruit and carbs whereas I crave any and all protein.

As the saying goes, “Different strokes for different folks!”

The same goes for your training. Working out is an incredibly personal thing, and we all have opinions on what is the best. Traditional bodybuilding. HIIT. CrossFit. Running. These and more definitely have their benefits, but for some reason everyone claims one is superior to the others.

Truth is, you’re all correct! (Pat yourself on the back, snowflake.) Moving your body is so good for you that it really doesn’t matter which workout type you partake in. It all helps in the calories in vs. calories out equation.

With that said, maybe you’re struggling to find your workout niche. You see the plethora of options and it’s overwhelming. Which one do you do?
